Arrow sealy one man brake bleeder

I am about to replace my master cylinder and servo on my 97 tdi abs disco.I would like to know what is a good pressure to pump it up to without damaging the brake system.Any idea would be helpful.I have to change my rear rotors at the same time.

I recently replaced mine on the D1.
I used the " Vizibleed one man brake and clutch bleeding tool ".
No messing about with pressure and so simple and easy to use. About $20 bucks. I bought two so that I could bleed both bleed nipples on the front at the same time.
They now live permanently on board Me Disco.

    Cheers.

You don't need much pressure,it only has to be positive pressure to stop drawback of the fluid.
