Hi All

I have a 92 Disco 1 200 Tdi

The air con does not work , but before I get raped by a air con company. Need to ask some questions and check the simple things first


Does the compressor make a noise when it starts ( IE you turn on the air con in car) as mine does not, if this is not right what do you suggest may be the cause


Also when off roading and bouncing the car about a bit on rocks the air con worked for a bit , not really cold be colder than it has been. Then stopped and back to how it was.

Any ideas or suggestions welcome
