Pull up the load space carpet, remove the steel cover plate, undo the pump retaining ring, remove the pump assembly, siphon the fuel out the normal way. Of course you can hot wire the pump too, just access is easier from the hatch over the pump.
Good evening all, I would like some advice on the easiest way to drain the fuel from my donor. There's no drain plug and I've trouble getting the garden hose down the filler to suck it out the old fashion way. My next thought is disconnect the fuel line behind the filter and hook up the battery and hope the fuel pump does the work for me. Would this work? Would it be easier to disconnect in the engine bay? Are there any other ways? Thanks all in advance![]()
