ok my MAF died in the disco so i brought a second unit put it in and it was all good for about a week then i didn't drive the car for a few weeks and when i started it up baaaam running MAFless again it possibly couldn't be another MAF could it? could there be something triggering it to die, is there a way to test if its getting the right volts, amp etc:

any help would be great
