    Cruise control ECU

    G'day guys,

I'm chasing the location of my cruise control ecu in my 96 v8 disco. As far as I know it should be behind the lh passenger kick panel, but the only thing there apart from various wires and plugs is the green central locking control box. I've checked just about everything else for the cruise so I'm guessing the problems in the ecu.

    Cheers

My 95 D1 CC ECU is behind the glove box, the ECU is then easy to get at and I sent mine to Holland a few years ago, it was faulty and they sent me a replacement and is still working.

Thanks mate, did you have to pull the glove box out? or can you get to it from underneath

glove box has to come out, you just need a bit of muscle power to hold the springs back.
