It's not Difficult at all. Just fiddly.
Disconnect everything in Engine bay, then Inside, and pull Loom through Firewall from the Engine side.
Why are you replacing the Loom?
If you suspect a crook joint in it, just disconnect everything in the Engine bay, throw it all over the side, so you can reach it from inside the car, and methodically do a Continuity test with your Meter.
If it's caught fire then that's different............

    I'm replacing the loom because

this is the last electric thing.
after it I'm starting with camshaft, timing etc.
    the problem,like i wrote before:
the engine work fine, then at stop, some time it work like clock, some time it rev up & down then stabilize, but most of the time it rev up & down than stall.
to keep it working, i'm working with both legs and keeping the rev stabile.
again, i replaced every electric part except the loom.
the question was to spend money on loom or camshaft.

    I'm assuming you've tested everything?
The varying idle sounds like possible Stepper Motor.
Or an Air Leak somewhere. Have you checked all the Vac Hoses?
Have you measured the Coils resistance?
    Checked all your Earths?
Is your Ignition Module on the Dizzy or under the Coil?
    Or even more basic....Fuel Filter??

What was the car originally doing, that prompted you to go out and buy all new electrical bits?

If it was your Camshaft, it would be all the time.....

I think I have tested everything.

    (sorry for my english)
stepper motor was replaced with new one and it's O.K
I have to say that I have the ECUMATE and there is no fault code.
I have a vacuum gauge, the test was O.K, but I didn't test it while driving.
I have open/close/clean every earth that could affect the ECU, engine.
my module is under the coil.
I did the Bee modification, run better and smoother but still revving up&down like before.
fuel filter was the first one.
I'm also thinking that camshaft problem would be a constant thing but......

I didn't bought all the electric part at once, the problem is almost for two year, and i took the time dealing with it.
my assumption is that it's an old car and it's harmless to renew it.

It sounds like you have covered the basics.
Aside from having checked everything electrical, check and clean all the Breather hoses for the Engine. Make sure all of that is clean, and Engine can breathe.
Carbon build up will affect Stepper Motor too. I know you said it's new, but is it new now, or new two years ago?
If you feel you've covered all the Basics, next step would be a Compression test????

    good idea

    i'll check the breathers.
stepper motor from 2-3 month, though i have clean it two weeks ago.
before i bought the stepper, i switched mine with other used one, no change,
even though i bought new one.
compression has been checked a month ago 150 all of them.
when the engine rev without the problem it sound great, like a clock.

If you have covered all that, then test the loom for continuity. Then you will either know for sure, or be more confused. But you shouldn't just chuck the loom out and fit another one without first testing/checking your loom.

It won't be anything to with the loom or the camshaft.

It'll be in the plenum area, possible related to the purge control or in the throttle area.
