Just replaced the heater matrix on the '93 V8 D1. Replacing all the heater hoses while I'm at it.


The new hoses supplied to me, the rear hose (generic brand BTR216) is 5/8 both ends. Matrix is 5/8 but the metal pipe for the other end is 3/4. Is the genuine hose 3/4 this end or is it just a case of lube it up and fight with it?


I was also supplied a wrong rear hose (should have been BTR216.....got a 215 ). Anyone know of a replacement that's close enough to work. and that I may be able to get at Repco or supercheap on a sunday...? Betting they won't have the correct replacement in stock.
