    TD5 TURBO ON 300TDI

    Is there any advantage to putting a td5 turbo on a 300tdi?Seem to remember someone saying its good for a couple of extra kilowats.Is it and if so any dramas fitting one?Fueling has been cranked up a bit.

    Yes it's a more efficient design which will create more boost from less drive pressure. Hence more power and slightly better efficiency with no other engine changes.

    But it won't fit your factory manifold (which is integrated into the factory turbo).

    Manifold was made up from steam pipe and i will be copying his design for my GT2260V.
