    Transfer case bolts

About to put my LT230 back in.
Not sure where the different length bolts go because I did not mark them.
    Help please.

It's not exactly hard to work out. Any bolt screwed into an alloy casting should engage to a thread depth of around 2 to 3 times the bolt diameter. If any of the 10mm bolts you install has more than 30mm or less than 20mm of shank exposed before engaging the thread they are likely in the wrong holes. You can also measure the depth of threaded holes with a rod of some sort to double check. From memory there's only one hole where you can foul a gear with a too long bolt, somewhere down the middle, screwed in from the front.

Thanks mate. Had already done exactly what you said and any bolt will fit any hole even allowing for the overall length and length of shank. Yes, the 2 threaded into the transfer go right through which also means sealing the threads. They will be getting the shorter bolts.
