    -Rebuilding 3.9 V8 New short motor

    I am in the process of buying a brand new short motor to rebuild my 3.9 v8 in my discovery, re using the old heads.

    Anyone got any advice or little tips and tricks to help? Thanks

    Fit the heads, manifolds, engine mounts and starter motor once the short motor is actually in the vehicle. Makes access much easier especially to the upper bell housing bolts.
