Hey guys cheers for all your replies, I cleaned the intercooler for good luck but found the problem to be the turbo itself. For some reason the turbine just jolts, gets stuck and does not spin when the engine starts...I'm guessing this means a bearing is buggered or something (possibly through constant use without a turbo timer).Quote:

If my turbo goes I will whack a allusport Vnt turbo in. From all reports its changes the performance massively!
