    Lower steering shaft UJ

    Hi all,
    Does anyone know if the steering shaft UJs are rebuildable on the Discos?
    Can't find any rebuild kits online but the joint itself can be purchased locally for about 90 bucks which is a hefty price considering the item.

    Hi Tom, I usually search the net when chasing parts & weigh up the cost of buying local vs waiting the 2 weeks for it to come from Pommy Land. I had a look on ebay & if the part you're chasing is NRC7704 (earlier models), there are some on there for around $30.00 delivered. Later models use STC2800 (1992 - 1999)

    Thanks mate. I refuse to use ebay after several bad experiences with PayPal but maybe one of the big UK sellers will be cheaper.
    Will have to order a swag of parts to make it worthwhile re postage.
