Try spraying some fuel into the intake, if it starts then its a fuel delivery/ injection issue.
You have spark but is it strong enough to ignite ? , ignition module seems to be a common issue if it hasnt been upgraded.
I went to fire up the disco yesterday and no go, don't know why? It was running when I parked it there, a week later, wont go. Appears to have fuel 1/4 tank and could smell it after consistent turning of the starter. Also appears to have spark. Just wont go, flattened the battery trying different ideas, charged it, still wont go. Is there something I don't know?
Cheers

Where did you test for spark? If you get spark at the coil lead but not at a spark plug it could be a burnt out rotor button. Remove a couple of plugs and look for ones wet with fuel. It could be flooded for any one of a number of reasons, once you're sure you've got spark at the plugs, crank it over with your accelerator flat to the floor.
