The owners manual will give the grades to use for various areas. I used EP 90W.
Sorry if has been asked before, but couldn't find it in the forum, I have a 94 and a 97 Disco and am wondering what oil to use in the front and rear diffs and the transfer case. Love both the vehicles ( even if the 97 is a V8) and just want to keep them going.![]()

Yep, 1.7ltrs of ep90. i think i used castrol 80/90 when i did mine recently.

Its odd how Rover does this. ep90 is a transmission oil not a diff oil per se. its not the sticky tacky stuff i was brought up on with holdens.
