Thread: Removing Disco Roof Rail cross bar

Hey guys,

I have my car up on axle stands and the moment, and need to remove the rear cross bar attached to the factory roof rails so I can close my garage door

Does anyone know if it can be done while the roof rails are attached?

This is for a disco 1 as well

There should be a small slide clip underneath at each end of the cross rails. Move that toward the centre of the car and the 2 small pins should release the cross rail.
