Pull the door card and check for tight electrical connections and give all of the linkages and door opening and window opening mechanisms a good squirt with Inox or WD40 and operate a few times. Also check fuses for good contact, Regards Frank.

Are you saying that the button does not pop up, or it comes up but door won't open?
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

It sounds like it could be the spring in the lock failing. My rear nearside door was intermittent with locking and unlocking. So I decided to replace the lock spring and it has been all good ever since. That was about 18 months ago.

I can't recall if the old spring was actually broken or just tired as I've replaced several in different doors over the years. The springs are cheap and can be sourced online.
