The Black Plug has one terminal that has 12v+ when u turn on your parking lights. The other 2 wires in the Black Connector I have no idea about. I didn't check the white plug to see if it worked on the indicators.....
I've got those 2 plugs spare and I also have a b/bar with the indicators installed, but I'm not sure how the previous owner wired them up.....

Using a question mark isn't a good way to title a thread. I've changed it.

When I wired up my ARB bullbar I couldnt find an indicator connector after checking those plugs with a mulitmeter.
I popped out my front indicators and spliced into the feed there.

Bluelandy the white plug is for front fog lamps. Also best practice is not to use quick locks or scotch locks as they are just a quick cheap and nasty way of splicing into a circuit.. Piercing the insulation of a wire is a no no as it introduces the possibility of corrosion in the wire itself causing frustrating electrical issues down the track. They can also loosen off (for want of a better description) causing intermittent issues or even lose contact totally.
