Door rubbers are good. I know with other cars I've just adjusted the striker part in the inner door but these ones I can't adjust

Could you need to adjust the catches or worst worn hinges.

Check the mechanism is tight in the door with a #3 Phillips. The striker post is adjustable and might have moved, the centre is a hex. Loosen it (or tighten if it is loose, look for marks suggesting where it might have been happiest) or move it around to see if it makes a difference. Mark where it is now with a sharpie so you have a reference point to start.

I've adjusted the striker all the way in and it still doesn't close properly
