    More bloody questions

    Hey guys sorry I keep hassling everyone on here with a million questions but I appreciate the advice.

    Tomorrow I'm gonna replace the sump gasket on my 94 d1 v8 5spd. I searched on here just to see if there's any tricks to doing the sump gasket (there doesn't seem to be) but I noticed a few posts saying "whilst the sumps off to check the bolt" From what I gathered it's a bolt on the oil pump or similar? But I'm not sure if it's on d1s or d2s or both???

    The bolt concerned is the oil pump drive bolt on a TD5 diesel in a D2. Your D1 V8 doesn't have it.
