I went cheap option and bought a square of HD memory foam from Clarke and cut it to shape. Pretty comfortable actually.
You could possibly remove the diaphragm from passenger side and move it to driver seat and use the cheap foam on the passenger seat?
swap the seats over left to right ??

ordered one of the exmoor improved versions from dls as roverlord / mario was unable to supply
glad i was already sitting on the floor when i saw the price :D:D:D:D
although was $40+ cheaper than anyone else i could find with stock
i placed a $10 square cushion from kmart in the hole and she is happy with that for now...
if it was mine i would have gone the tape route i reckon but she mostly has my grand children on board so i prefer to do it properly just in case...

A ratchet strap criss-crossed has served me well for a couple of years, and no signs of slacking off. Save your money!
