    bit of a let down

was driving the wife's d1 thru tuan forest this afternoon coming back from a job and all of a sudden i was 6 inches shorter than my already short statue..

dammed seat bladder let go... felt like i was sitting on the floor looking thru the steering wheel

anybody fitted one of these themselves or am i better off getting someone to do it?

    best place to buy them?

It so happens I just rebuilt my seats using the exmoor stuff.

to replace the diaphram only is quite simple, in fact, the second one i did was while installed in the truck.

    Old diaghram.

new diaghram installed. had to add two new holes for the clips to hook to front and rear in the frame. I just center punched a divot into the tube to locate drillbit and drilled away. very fast and simple.

    New lower foam too

    fully installed

Came across a vid from Exmoor a little while ago covering how to do it yourself, seems to be very straightforward!
