    Hello all!

    I'm keen to see what all this hoo-haa is about Disco TD5s. Looking at getting one very soon, as I'm over old Land Cruisers and Hiluxes (I still have a 60 series sahara floating around). Anyway I'd love to here about everyone's experiences with them and what to look out for when looking.

    I'm keen on a manual but I'm also open to conversation on autos as I will be towing a car up and down the coast of NSW/Vic hence undecided on which box to get (I do prefer manuals but) The approx weight of the car/trailer and gear is around 2ton so anybody who has towed that sort of weight around I'm happy to hear your thoughts.

    Depends on your personal preference I drive an auto and tow d2s on a tandem behind it no problem just use sports mode when necessary
    Ps you might want to post this in the d2 forum or maybe the mods can shift it there
