    Try removing the front shaft and going for a drive. That sounds a lot like unequal angle tailshaft vibes to me as it is worse coasting/ light load. How much lift have you got? it is hard to see bumpstop clearance in the vid.

    I reckon heat shield / brake shield isn't a bad guess. It has that sound of reverberation to it.

    Any update from OP? So many guesses we can start taking bets soon.

    Sorry chaps, been offline for a while. Lift is only 2inch. Haven't had a lot of time to sort it lately, hopefully next weekend. I changed the external Axel spacer washers, which didn't seem to change anything. It's very intermittent. But more evident when its cold. After I go for a drive, then leave it for a bit, then hop back in, the noise seems to disappear .
