That needs to be fixed.
Did you cut the head off or did it snap ?
Brut force may be required to get it to move.
Not sure about applying heat to that area.

98% of all Land Rovers built are still on the road.
The other 2% made it home.
Cost difference between Britpart and Genuine seals: £2.04. Knowing that your brakes won't fail at any moment: Priceless.
you can apply heat just be careful, its got to come out..
it might come out if you lock a pair of vice grips to it and lean on them while you belt the snot out of it with a hammer where the head used to be.
you should be able to get it out by drilling a hole in a decent bit of bar stock, welding it in place and then using that as a spanner.
you can do the same with a nut if you can find one thats a hammer on fit and then welding it.
if you have to and you're really good with the cutting grinding and marking gear cut it back, grind it flat to the surface and then center mark, drill and retap the hole.

If you think you're in front on the deal, pay it forwards.
The back is open, so hit the rear with wd 40 and heat, grind some flats on and you canmjust use a spanner. I'd expect it to come out without a lot of fuss
