Thread: D1 Power Windows - compat with D2?

Hello Gents,

So in putting the old D1 back on the road, one of the issues that has cropped up is that none of the power windows go up or down. I'll be trying the board soon to have a look to see whether it is that or not - I do get a click when pressing the buttons down or up from the board, but it got me thinking about whether the modules are the same in the D1 and D2? If I've got a shagged board and their compatible, I'll just swap my D2 one in for testing.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible or is it a different unit?

Adam, there are plenty of D1 wrecks in yards just waiting to have the lift ECU removed.
