    In my case it doesn't matter how hard or far back I pull the lever they won't come on. So I'm thinking faulty switch.

    12 volts come on when dash lights come on so not on accessories.
    Forgot to report back that I've got 12v at the fuse box. So it must mean the switch is where the problem lays.

    Well, the new switch was not the fix. Guess I've got more probing with a multimeter to do. Fuse Box Question
