    Thumbs down Clutch sticking problem.

    Hi everyone,
    I'm only new to the Land Rover scene and bought myself a 1995 discovery with a 3.9l petrol just I've 185km on the clock. Today I was driving and noticed the clutch sitting a 1/4 of the way off the floor so I flicked it back up with my foot. On my way home when I came to a stick te clutch was stuck at the floor with me haunt un able to take off. I had to turn off the engine put it out of gear and flick the clutch back up before starting the engine again. Every time I put in the clutch I had to give it a flick from underneath with my foot to bring it back.

    Does anyone know why? I need this thing back on the road ASAP as it is my daily.

    Quite possibly the hydraulic master cylinder failing.

    I checked the fluid level and it was full? Does this mean anything? How what what do I check for?

    its either got a massive air lock in it from being run empty and then refilled or the MC is recirculating.

    it could also be the fork has collapesd and the slave is now stuck at full extension with nothing to push it back.

    I can still drive it but each time I put the clutch in it releases less and less. I I end up driving with the clutch on the floor.
