All common problems.
The fuel will be the spindle shaft oring.
Oil on the right will most likely be the oil cooler hoses.
The oil on the left will be the vacuum pump.

All easily fixed.DIY
There will be a tutorial on here about the spindle.

You should probably give it an oil and filter change , drain the fuel tank, bleed the brakes with fresh fluid, flush the coolant system, refresh the gear oils if there is any left in them.

$200? That aerial is worth about half that. Well done.

First and Foremost, check the brakes, have you driven it, if not jack up the wheels and spin them and get someone to apply brakes a few times, test drive the brakes somewhere safe, paddock, back road, check for leaks at wheel cylinders, while your at it replace clutch master and slave cylinders, while jacked up remove hubs and check wheel bearings, all 4, none of these items like sitting still for years.
Also check floor under mats, front and rear for rust, roof skylight and around hinges lower back door, I would also drain and replace diffs and gearboxes oil, good luck, Regards Frank.

So I haven't really driven it. Just around my block. About 100m in first gear. As I said hasn't run for about 3 years. And has 2 flat tyres.
But everything seems to be in working order. By that I mean nothing oblivious is broken. Doesn't mean it doesn't need attention. I finally got round to cleaning it out today. I just removed all shrubbery of of it and the rubbish(literally) inside it. The guy basically used it as storage. Was... is still filthy.

All fluids will be first on the agenda. Once all topped up will see where there's leaks. Around the transfer and front diff there looks like there is oil as well. A few wires that I'm not sure about too. Will post some pics of it when I get a chance.
Excited though as it starts and runs, revs and sounds good!

Sounds like a bargain. Do the rust checks suggested previously and treat rust areas with rust converter and paint containing rust rid. Then lanolin or fish oil.

Looks and sounds like it's a winner for the dollars.

If the engine is running sweetly and it moves, should be fine - as mentioned check for rust though.
