My mate has one 94 300tdi 2 door manual got a pretty good deal on it for 2500 with a locker in rear already. Yes not common but i wouldnt say they're rare. 2 door is awesome if theres only 2 people rip back seat out and it gives you plenty of room for a big fridge and storage

I had a 2door 200tdi, they are actually a pain to use if people need to get in the back or if you want to put something in the back as the way the seats flip forward makes it difficult. They are good if you want to chop it down to a ute though

Extremely rare. Many have 3-doors.

I owned a two door 300 (a 95) until I bought the Defender. My cousin John bought it in 2008 and its still going strong. Not many of them were imported.

Strictly true Ron. Many a 4 door owner has felt deprived and has gone looking for the other one as well. A door short of a true discovery.
