Can't help on where to get a SAAS boss kit, but first thing you should do is remove steering wheel and count the number of splines on the column.

Apparently they changed them a fair bit.

Mine turned out to have 29 splines('98 model, no airbag).

Also be sure you don't have airbag too.
I'm pretty sure that airbag models all have the rectangular looking centre area in the steering wheel, with horn buttons near the top spokes.
Non air bag have a dinky looking steering wheel type, with a central round horn button.

my person opinion and preference here: but I never liked SAAS steering wheels. I found they flexed too much in their spokes, and they felt flimsy.
MOMO and Nardi both awesome wheels tho .. bit pricey but worth the extra $s.

I had a SAAS in my Mini wayyy back when Mini's were Minis' and not 1 series BMWs! .. removed it for a MOMO not too long after. Can't remember what happened to the wheel, but I still have the Mini boss somewhere, after about 30 odd years!
LOL! still have an Andretti MOMO wheel .... after 30+ years! ... and the Nardi wheel after 25 years!

.. stuffed if I know why I kept them all after non use for so long .. but happy I did now.
my D1's steering wheel was all chewed out so I used the Nardi wheel after finding a boss for the D1.

Apparently the Defender bosses also fit(which is basically what I got), but you need to count the number of splines on your column.
The only problem with the Defender boss, is that even tho it fits, the rear section is not as wide as it is for the Disco, so it will leave an unsightly exposed area(when viewed from the side) at the rear of the steering wheel.
Also the Defender uses a different system for cancelling the indicators, and the Disco 1's is built into the steering wheel .. so I had to cobble up a small ring, cut to suit the appropriate slots on the column.
    Arthur.

All these discos are giving me a heart attack!

Once you have counted the splines, Google/search on eBay. The only boss kit I could find was on UK eBay, no-one in Australia had one in stock. I'll see if I can hunt out the details tomorrow and post. Under ADRs you can't replace an airbag wheel with an aftermarket item, fortunately my car is non-airbag...

I've had a quick look at my SAAS bosses.
(actually forgot I had another one, which may be off a rover, or maybe my RRC , but I can't remember).

Anyhow the PCD of the securing screws appears to be exactly the same as the Nardi PCD. Which I think is a 74mm PCD. MOMO use a 70mm PCD, so of course you can't fit a MOMO wheel to a Nardi hub, and vise versa.

I don't have a SAAS wheel to test it tho.

The other issue is, I can't use my Nardi wheel to test if they are exactly the same, as the SAAS uses larger machine screws(look like M6 or M5 or whatever and a coarse thread .. whereas Nardi uses smaller machine screws(more like M4 maybe).
So the SAAS screws won't phyisically fit through the Nardi wheel .. whereas if the PCDs of both wheel designs are the same, then a SAAS wheel may technically fit onto a hub that accepts Nardi wheels(at 74mm PCD).

Those very common hubs on ebay from the UK have both PCD setups already built into them, so you can fit either a (MOMO)70mm PCD or a (Nardi)74mm PCD.

A question to the OP, does your SAAS wheel use tapered head screws or are they like the old ones from yesteryear where the bolt heads weren't tapered.
If the wheel doesn't have the recesses for tapered screws, then you'd be out of luck. But if the wheel had tapered recesses then it wouldn't be too hard to find screws/bolts that fit up to both the size required for the wheel, and also the thread size for the hub.

I also still have the adapter I had made up to convert the 74mm PCD(Nardi) wheel to fit MOMOs 70mm PCD, if I could get my hands on a SAAS wheel of some kind to see if it'll fit my adapter, you may be in luck.

But, you need to count your splines first up ... and then tell us what type of screws/bolts used on the wheel too(photo would be good).
