Early ones, at least, ran oil in the swivels, but grease in bearings. Common to leave stub seal out and run the lot in oil, mainly for the wheel bearings. 
If swivels were filled with staight grease, i would be tempted to add 100ml or so of 80w90 in there as well, which is more or less what one shot is.
Mine had a strange noise/ clunk in the front, which seems to have gone since i adjusted swivel preload chasing a steering issue.
