Removing Bumper End Cap and Indicator

Some bloke drove into the back of me a few weeks ago and broke the end cap on bumper and bumper indicator on left side (his car was much worse off). Anyway after inspecting my car thoroughly it turned out that what i stated above was the only damage. so i said to the guy (who wanted me not to go to insurance because he had a work vehicle) that if he paid me for the parts we can call it even. he ended up paying for the right hand side as well so that the back looks even.

anyway, enough of the story line. basically more to the point, how do i remove the end caps and the indicators? i've only found D2 info and some people say it's a bumper off job and others say it's not.

RAVE doesn't say much. do i need to take the bumper off completely? if this is the case, i will probably give it a paint job while it's off.

otherwise if bits can be pulled off without removing whole bumper i'll just do that.

    Thanks.

Two bolts hold the bumper on. Two nuts hold the light on. Two bolts and maybe some screws hold the corner on.
