Does the Discovery 200Tdi exhaust manifold have an EGR blanking plate similar to the 300Tdi?

Mine has a flat similar area in the casting of no 4 branch but I wouldnt put it there.
When I up the boost and get a gauge I will drill and tap just before where the turbo bolts up.Might do it with the turbo on , the swarf should blow out without hurting anything.
