Thread: D2 Side Steps on D1

i'd say probably not but... would d2 after market side steps fit onto d1? my friend just spend thousands getting his d2 back on road and was finally happy with how it was runnings and had some guy in a ute on an offroad track (national park) drive into him whilst stationary and was basically called a write off because the bits to fix it are worth more than car. it still drives ok but has bull bar and panel damage. he is going to pull what he can off and sell it before its de-registered and picked up. both a bit gutted because i had a disco mate and he was finally happy it was driving so well.

if you keep eyes open there may be some cosmetic bits on sale on gumtree like almost brand new duellers which he is going to take off and swap for old crabby tires and maybe side steps if the dont fit my d1.

Should fit size wise but depends if the mounts line up or can be modded easily.
