    Converting power windows to manual

    Hi all,
    I hate power windows but I've not been able to find info about converting my 4-door (1998) D1 to manual winders.
    Is there a painless way of doing this?

    Seriously, it's that simple? And, just to tie up loose ends:
    • what other years am I looking for? Or is it just '92?
    • what happened in '92? Is that when LR stopped selling Discos with manual windows?

    There was a mid life upgrade around then, when they changed the diesel from 200Tdi to 300Tdi, and the V8 from 3.5L to 3.9L, and a bunch of other changes, including interiors. The four doors mostly came with windup windows till then (unless specified) and then came with power windows a bit later.
    Life is just a series of obstacles preventing you from taking a nap.
