You should be able to get Zero offset suitable for 235/85’s
Or maybe flip the centers on a D1 steelies, unsure what offset can be achieved.
Hey folks,
I'm after some negative offset rims to run 235/85r16 tyres on for a Disco 1.
I cant seem to find any rims that are offset that can fit such a skinny tyre. Most rims are only offset for the wider tyres.
I want to improve my turning circle for tighter tracks our bush when running 235/85's.
Anyone know of any offset rims for skinny tyres?
Thanks!

Aren't the factory alloys already a -25mm offset? As i would want more negative offset than them, as i run the alloys at the moment...
On a defer standard is +33
A D1 steelies I cannot remember.
Also 33mm - stamped on the rim.

Yep, just looking at the factory Disco rims and they do look like some positive offset.
It looks like i can get 7" wide rims in a -25mm offset. So if the factory rims are something like +20 or +30mm, then i could possible move the entire tyre 'out' around the 50mm mark. Which would give me some turning circle back
I'm now not sure where is the best place to buy a set of steel rims from...?
Any tyre shop will be able to order and brand
...I brought dynamic +20 through my local tyre guys, just easier as he was fitting the tyres.
You may need flares and cut guards if you don’t already have, for clearance issues
