    Throttle response

hey guys, i own a 1991 disco and when i go to give it some beans its a bit slow, almost like it needs to warm up before takeoff and its not even a a long period of time, probably under a second but it would be nice sometimes to just go when i need it to. if anyone knows of a throttle controler unit for this or a fix for it that would be good.

As both the 3.9 and Td300 are mechanical engines, a throttle controller won't help you.

Very true, and if it's a 300 then nothing's going to help you until the turbo spools up.

It will be either a 3.5 or 200TDI and there are no throttle controllers available as it doesn't have an electronic throttle pedal.

If original,1991,it would have 200TDi or 3.5L petrol.

    Neither would be called fast....
