My '98 300Tdi pump is/was buggered. Research suggested unit is not serviceable and a replacement is required.

I bought a new pump from Toorak Tractor Co., Braeside (Melb 03 95872866) for $295.00 and chucked the old pump away. (Part No. ANR2157<A> 'branded' BM Parts)

Repco quoted me $420.00 PLUS $580.00 deposit awaiting change-over.

Autobarn quoted not available in Australia.

I'd stick with advice from T.T. Co.

    Cheers

From experience with these, No repairs are effective. Just buy a new one. $295 is a very good price.

Where are T.T.C. now? I used to buy stuff off them regularly when I was living in Melbourne (5 years ago) but have been back since and was unable to find them. They were in Breaside then on Macbeth st but maybe moved factories? I used to keep Trevor from Rangie Heaven (I think) in reasonable business but then he teamed up with TTC and moved in to his factory.

    T.T.C are still in Braeside!

Don't worry, you can't miss it! LRs and RRs all over the front yard.

    Cheers
