Mostly used around the Vic high country at the moment, but took a huge trip around outback SA and through to Queensland years ago in a 2 door Rangie so hope to do that again sometime soon.

Ha, ha...
You could be on to something there though...

I think I was trying to get a bit of air to the bonnet liner to dry it out. It got soaked in mud/slimy water and was hanging down the sides of the engine more than it was sticking to the bonnet! Gaffer tape came to the rescue.

Notice you didn't cut the guards to fit te 32" tyres? Any scrubbing?

Mick's not on the forum any more, I bought this D1 off him 18 months ago with a blown block, you could put your fist through both sides, I've got another donk to put in but haven't yet. Mick did cut the lower parts of the rear guards and no it didn't scrub. On the plans (sometime this year) is for some 75mm Flexi Flairs but they're exy at around $600
