Having had enough of dangling cables and brittle plastic, i resorted with only crude tools to attempt fabricating a window switches panel. 1 mm aluminium is not enough i reckon, but now i have a template and will try to do something neat with thicker plate and adequate tools, and space for the lockers switches

Mounting it to front and rear QT Diff Guard.

Here is my 93 3.9 manual V8 model D1.

In part it has front and rear lockers, 2" body lift, 2" suspension lift, adjustable front shock towers, Bilstein shocks, dislocation cones, Long Ranger tank, ARB f & r bars, headers and 2.5 exhaust. Unichipped, Warn winch and Eastern Wheel Works rims to mention some of the mods.

It goes pretty good for an old D1 and is quicker in a straight line than my 4.0 V8 D2a. Off road it s great fun to say the least. Doesn't have a heater so down here in winter it is to bloody cold to use it much unfortunately.

I have only just figured out how to put up pictures so that is why even though I have owned the D1 since 2009 I haven't really put up pics before. Anyway thanks for checking out the old girl. ...

If your asking about my D1 then the tyres are 285/75/16" BF Goodrich All Terrains on Eastern Wheel Works steel rims.
