    coil spring replacements

    Hi all,

Wll be replacing the coils in my 92 disco in the next cupla months and want to know what would be the best.

Had OME (springs&coils+2"lift)on my old disco and it was just a tad too hard, but it cornered beautifully...

So I'm looking at in between...I have pedders shocks on the back, that is a little stiffer, but am thinking of replacing them as well as the front when I get the coils..Don't mind a 2" lift either as I have 15"rims and it does look better with the 2"lift.

    Thanks

    Hi Gazza,
If you are chasing a good ride this time and don't mind spending a little there is really nothing will match konis off the shelf.
Spring wise, I have LRA (Browns) in my V8 and the TDI came with Lovells. I intend to swap my konis onto the TDI and remove rear sway bar and then test it back to back on a known track. I might get to it this weekend so watch for a post if I do get the chance.
