Thread: Rear Bumper on D1

Heres the deal: I can get an early D1 rear bumber (no lights) with good end caps for a reasonable price.

My existing bumper is okay but the inset light surrounds are cr&p.

Apart from no lights I have read that the early bumper gives an improved departure angle at the rear.

Is this true? And can anyone see any problems associated with and early for late bumper swap?

The bumpers look exactly the same to me apart from the lights, custom is the only way to increase dep angle.
