Seat Foam/Base

I just called a few auto upholsterers. Worked really well for me. Better than I thought.

Jay.. That's incredibly cheap! A pity your upholsterer is at the other end of the country :-(

Basically the rest of my seat's OK so I will probably contact Justin and get just a new base. I too have back problems and that was a major attraction regarding the choice of a Discovery. (Surgery last year to correct a bulging lumbar disc and to denervate a facet joint.) I have MY06 Golf TDI and the Discovery's seats are much more comfortable!

thats what i call thinking outside the square, didn;t even think of an upholsterer and it just so happens that a mate of mines son is one in Lismore, i'll duck in tomorrow and get a price.
tassie, yes i thought about moving them about, I did the same with the seats in my pajero when I had it, but at the end of the day its going to need doing anyway, so taking it out makes more sense.
