    Hi
New to the forum i have a 1996 landrover discovery series 1 TDI.
I have just had a new head gasket put on it and now i have coolant coming out of the fuel injector nearest to the cabin, has any body come across this before. thanks in advance.

Yes, and it isn't good news. The head has developed a crack/ fissure through to a coolant passageway

This can occur if the head got hot, was machined flat on the surface, and refitted only to have residual stresses internally. When torqued down and tensioned, the crack may have occurred.

Could possibly be welded/repaired, but it would entirely depend on where the crack starts and finishes
Head off and back to a machine shop for a crack test and inspection...
