Sounds like you've covered everything unless there's still an alignment issue.
Have you checked your tyre pressures?
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else has trouble with their disco wanting to follow the lay of the road if that makes sense.
Mine has a 2" lift new OME shocks, new tough dog steering damper, wheel bearings, ball joints, OME castor correction bushes (castor is now about 3 degrees) has had wheel alignment and new Cooper ST 245 75 fitted on offset sunnies all suspension bushes right through have also been replaced but still seems to want to follow the road a bit. Any input would be great.
Cheers Kenny![]()

Thanks have checked pressures. Sometimes it is the simple things is'nt it. Sadly not this one.
Cheers
Didn't think it would be that easy.
Another thing to check is the tyres are balanced I suppose, just because they are new, doesn't mean they got it right.
Other than that, I'm out of ideas.

Thanks again tyres balanced perfect
because the road is on an angle it will naturally go that way, its because of the hight of the car and the fact that it is lifted makes it more noticeable
if i was you i wouldnt spend any more money on it just live with it.
i have tried to fix this problem on alot of 4wd's and it is vertually impossible
Check your swivel pre loads, if they are out it will cause wandering.

Kenny, I have pretty much the same suspesion deal on my D1 and don't have the problems with it that you are having with yours. I've just recently posted how good the package has been.
You lucky man Boxhead. What typeof steering damper are you running?
