I'm not sure of the Speedie sleeve size but when I last used them they were very expensive and are fiddley to fit properly. I found it was a lot easier and not much dearer to simply replace the stub axle.

Fitspeedy sleeve to a stub axel will be a massive PITA, just replace the stub axel, they are not all that expensive and just keep the old for an emergency spare or use them on a trailer or something that still runs grease.
