    2-inch lift done

Did the 2-inch spring lift yesterday using all EFS gear. We measured all corners guard to rim before and after. I was very happy to find that the almost 1 inch or sag on the drivers side had completely gone and the car is perfectly equal left to right down it less than a 1/4 of an inch! Drives really well too. I went for HD springs so it feels the bumps a bit more, but compared to my other car that runs low profile tyres and is dropped 4-inches on coil overs... it's still a waterbed to ride in

Hi Boxer, Lift looks great, makes me think mine has sagged I am still higher then STD but mine looks low compared to yours,
Could you possible measure from centre of axle to centre of wheel arch on the mudgards as our tyres may be different size and this dimension should not change.
    Thanks Allan

No probs, I've got all the measurments on a note pad at work. I measured from the bottom edge of the rim to the guard, so it you're running 16s it sould be the same, otherwise, minus 1/2 an inch for 15s

    Lift

I had added a bit of weight to the front of my 98 disco with a series 2 ARB steel bar, a 12000lb winch and dual batteries.

I put 2" HD sprins from Iron Man on and it lifted the front 96mm and the back lifted 50mm.

    Best Thing for it.

    Now I need biiger rubber!!!

    G'day Boxer,
Was just wondering if that lift was springs and shocks, or just springs?
I've got some new 2 inchers I'm fitting next weekend, but I'm only doing the springs (for the moment).

Nice photos BTW, looking very nice!

    Cheers,

Nah, did all new EFS springs, shocks and steering dampner (some say damper, but I think that's dough that goes on coals)
