    Range Rover Wheels on Disco

Had a thought while kicking back on the verandah which overlooks the Disco parked in the driveway:

What would the old steel Range Rover wheels look like on my Disco? I know they'd physically fit but not sure how good/bad they'd look. Does anybody have some pictures?

Also did they come in a 16" or just the 15"?

Will now carry on relaxing in the shade while the world ambles slowly by!

    Never 15. Always 16x6.
Bit narrow for modern tyres as designed for 205x16.
And most were tube type rim.

Not sure you can legally fit 6" rims on a car that came out with 7". Better check the state regs.

Thanks PhillipA, con't remember the source of my info that they were 15".....must have been one of those "backyard bbq oracles" we often find ourselves talking to.

    V8Landy, thanks for the pic,

Red Rover, your right about checking the state regs, (but the Territory is notoriously more lenient thank the rest of you states!!) But the Disco is effectively a RR chassis so the engineering has been proven already....should just be a rubber stamp job (should be: )

Wonder if the 6" can be widened to 7"........Anybody

Also saw a set of chromed ones somewhere, with the black inserts painted in......looked schmick
