I've slept in the Disco1 a few times. Every time was just laying the passenger seat back and using that. Not particularly comfortable but only ever one night at a time.
The problem with sleeping in cars is where do you put your gear while you're sleeping?
To overcome this problem I have just ordered a Saul swag. We've got a camper too but can't be bothered with it if it is just me.
If you have a fridge then leave that outside for the night too. The cycling on and off is pretty annoying otherwise.

), its quite simple 2 set up. Im only 5`9 so its not much of a prob, sometimes being a short **** has its advantages. Fold the back seats down, my 2 recovery boxes make up the height at the back(Ithink from memory about 265mm high), fold & push the front seats fully forward & use a sheet of 16mm ply between the centre console & the folded back seat. Walla, flat area approx 6`0-6`1, place good quality self inflating mattress on top & what u do next is up 2 u
. At 6`1 that would be the absolute max unless u slept diagonally.
