Thread: is this a feature never previously found

Check you wiring diagrams, from what I can gather these really weird things come from dirty earths. Aparantly there are a bunch of different systems all earthed together.

My D1 has 290000kms on it and doesn't do that.
There must be something wrong with mine. I'll have to get it looked at
or you could get yours looked at so that it matches mine and all the others out there.
Agree with Disco95, most likely a bad earth somewhere.

seriously the defender fan switch woudn't work...ho har pulled it out checked for power everything put it back together.....then the other day he turned it on and it worked go figure was working fine today ......................Land Rover electrics

From what I understand, LR electrics were made by a sub division of a sub contractor who was in a minority partnership with Microsoft.

Hence, if your LR was a computer, you have just seen a permanent fatal error, and your system must be restarted.

My Rear fog light turn on Elec trailer Brakes????????

Came in handy before I a controler fitted.

I thought is was only meant to happen if you have the glove box open and reverse selected!! I think they call it GBOREVMIRWIP. Not sure if all Disco's are fitted with Geebo-revmirwhip System. I'll have to check my manual!!
